Taking inspiration from living in West Cornwall with the colours, moods and power of the sky and seascapes and ancient Celtic designs, Richard creates contemporary free standing and wall hanging stained glass art pieces. He tries to ensure that each piece, whether personally inspired or for commission, draws people to respond to it both holistically and analytically.
Richard first started working with stained glass ten years ago. Largely self taught, he moved to Cornwall from the frenetic South East in 2003 to focus on and develop his art.
